How plan limits work

  • Microsite page limits apply to normal content pages in each Microsite. Registration, password, thank-you and other system pages do not count.
  • Account-template limits apply only to account-wide templates saved in My Templates. Built-in Alby templates and event-only templates do not count.
  • The account owner, active members and unexpired pending invitations count toward the member limit.
  • If a downgrade leaves an account above its new limits, excess products are soft-deleted for recovery, while excess members, normal Microsite pages and Account templates are disabled rather than permanently deleted. Capacity can then be freed to restore the items the account wants to keep.
  • The free trial uses Advanced entitlements for 14 days. Public links remain locked until a paid plan is activated, so the trial can be used to build and evaluate Alby but not to run a live public event for free.
