How plan limits work

  • Microsite page limits apply to normal content pages in each Microsite. Registration, password, thank-you and other system pages do not count.
  • Reusable account-template limits apply only to account-wide templates saved in My Templates. Built-in Alby templates and event-only templates do not count.
  • The account owner, active members and unexpired pending invitations count toward the member limit.
  • If a downgrade leaves an account above a member, page or template limit, existing items are preserved. New additions are blocked until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded.
  • The free trial uses Advanced entitlements for 14 days. Public links remain locked until a paid plan is activated, so the trial can be used to build and evaluate Alby but not to run a live public event for free.
